Amazing job. The whole team worked together so well. I witnessed the older guys coaching the younger guys on how to pack and lift heavy items. And everyone was open to jump in when needed. My team played the most epic game of Tetris to get all of our stuff to fit in a storage unit. So grateful for their hard work and consistent positive attitudes. It was raining all day, but they were always upbeat and happy. I plan to use them again to move our stuff out of storage in a few months.

Off-Load Moving is an amazing company! From the day I met Briar I have felt so at ease about moving. Our move was out of state and I was dreading the cost. Briar came out looked at everything and gave me a quote. I was impressed at his professionalism and personality. In the process of selling our home we received many recommendations for moving services via our real estate agent. After researching we chose Off Load Moving because of their military connection and positive reviews. The crew was very respectful and worked well together - you can tell that they have great chemistry by their conversations with one another as they work. The crew treated us like they had known us for years instead of ‘just another customer’. I appreciated how our property was protected with materials during the move (floor mats, wall corner covers) so as to prevent any possible damage. The manner in which our furniture was wrapped and protected was absolutely stellar and greatly appreciated as we have many delicate keepsakes. Even our neighbor who stopped by to see how things were progressing commented that their moving company didn’t wrap their furniture during their recent move nearly as well as Off Load did! Our particular moving situation was unique in that it changed last minute and we suddenly needed to store our items for a month until our new home was ready for move-in. Briar answered the call and was extremely understanding and flexible with our very fluid and complicated situation, and easily accommodated several changes with our move date. During move-in, the crew placed items where we wanted and had our beds reassembled and ready for a much-needed night’s rest in no time. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Above and beyond quality, care, and service from Briar and Casey to the moving crew. Absolutely seamless. They really do treat you like family. The crew was meticulous, expedient, and always ensured that every item was protected and packed securely. They had a good sense of humor, also, which was an unexpected bonus in the horrendous August heat. I did a lot of research on moving companies and am glad I went with OLM. I will definitely be keeping them in my contact list and recommend them to friends and family.

Off Load moving was recommended to us by someone off of our neighborhood facebook page. I was a little hesitant to go off a recommendation of someone I didn’t know personally but after reading their amazing reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. And they did not disappoint. You can stop researching moving companies now, this is the one you want to go with. Briar and his crew were so friendly, polite and professional. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have used several other movers in the past and none compare. It was a VERY HOT moving day and they moved us out of our storage unit, made a pit stop at my parents to drop off furniture and pick up more furniture and they never once complained about the heat or the hard work. Briar was also very honest in pointing out an area of wall damage. He asked if it was there prior to move in and when I said no he didn’t hesitate to say he would get it taken care of ASAP. We told him not to worry about it because it was minor and we could take care of it ourselves. A few days later one of the kids chipped the drywall off and it was actually a nail pop. I’m thinking that maybe just a little pressure against the wall during the move must have popped it out, it looks like that area was patched before and probably was just a weak spot. Even though they weren’t the company that wrapped and taped up our furniture for the move down here they stayed late to help me unwrap and dispose of the paper and plastic. They even offered to come back after we finished unpacking to dispose of boxes for us. They also helped put together our dinning room table and king size bed frame (even though they weren’t the company that disassembled it). Briar even let my little guy help with the drill, which made his day.

Wow small business of the year! These guys rock! So strong professional fast! They put blankets over the furniture and then saran wrapped the blankets onto the furniture! Five star service all the way!!!

I had done a lot of research on moving companies so that I could make sure that my possessions were not ruined and my time was not wasted. This moving company was very prompt with communication and their work. The swing set needed to be rotated and moved in our backyard. The guys that came out were very polite and professional. The team drove from Virginia Beach to Buffalo NY, loaded up my belongings into a trailer, drove back and held the belongings until I was available for unload in Virginia Beach to my new house. All my belongings were carefully handled and preserved. Will definitely use again for any future moves!
